I am NOT a cheater!
Got that right!
As I told my buddy Jess, Tuesday was a great day!
I stuck to my plan for my off exercise day which turned out to be more exercise then off. I used www.mapmyrun.com to figure out where I can walk and what the distance is. Great site! Base on that I know that I can get 4 miles easy in during my 2 breaks and lunch.
I have to tell you, I really wasn’t in the mood to walk, but since I set a goal, I must achieve. When it was time for the lunch walk of 2.10 miles, there was for a split second a thought to cut corners and cheat!! I thought to self, self - if you cheat and cut corners, who loses? Not anyone but me! So I did all 4 miles and was very proud of myself. And I added in some core work too by walking the edge of the side walk like it was a balance beam.
I got a text from Nygel before going home - girl, I’m subbing Cat’s yoga class - you coming? Of course!! I was there faster then an Asian girl gulping down her rice (me).
I got there early so I did 15 minutes on the elliptical then, since I got bored waiting for yoga to start at 5:30, I ended up doing 20 minutes of the kickboxing class that was ending. Giving self a high five - lots in for a NON-EXERCISE night!
Oh - and let’s not forget the 100 push-ups we did in yoga - tricep push-ups my favorite killers!!!! So no weights Wednesday since I did push-ups and weights two days in a row.
Today it’s simple kickboxing and pilates!! WHOO HOOOOO!!! Gotta love the rush!
I’m in a much better mood. Broke or not, I just have to deal with all the lemons rolling my way. Anyone want some lemonade? Sugar too? LOL!!!!!! ![]()

Joy, oh - you’re talking about the oil change crap - my car is old so no freebie with it. Well, free when ROd changes it.

Honestly, I’ve been working out more like 3 or 4 times a week but I pack in 2 to 3 hours and get it done. So anything beyond those days is an extra “gift” to myself.

I eat only what my body needs and I exercise faithfully as much as I can. So, I may not lose as fast as you, but hey you are in California, and I am in the cold rainy city of Springfield, IL. You lucky person.
The cost of living is high there and my mother-in-law won’t let me move in with her LOL. But I bet it is worth it. That weather is great.

Every week, we must exercise and take care of number one - our body. 
Sometimes we all need that little push so that we won’t cheat! With the thought process you put in to figure out how to cheat…you could be a quarter of the way finished by the time you figure it out lol! Keep moving and being an inspiration to others sweets!
NON EXERCISE DAY huh?! lol I feel so much better if I have a “non exercise day” too. I feel lazy if I do absolutely nothing.
Tricep push ups..omg I am starting to love those things! regular pushups..ehh not so much. lol

Great non exercise day. I need to check that mapmyrun thing out. However unless I want to be in rain gear it wont be till spring LOL.
The site is so useful guys - or even go to www.mapmywalk.com. Great tools to get you motivated to walk in your neighborhood or run but I’m not into running anymore.
I love love love love PUSH-UPS Tiffany. They are the best for upper body strength conditioning. One source to get the best bicep, triceps and chest. Everything else is just gravy on top right?

I will take some lemon water please. That’s as close as I can get to some lemonade with not being allowed any sugar on my diet! HAHA! Glad to hear that your doing so well at the gym. You are quite the inspiration seeing as though I can only do about 5-10 push ups myself!!!

LOL - YES, I realized now I should not have called it a non-exercise day but any day out of my usual routine is something I thrive on. I guess that’s why I was so excited to get a lot in.

Wow, for a non-exercise day you really did do a lot. I’m glad you felt great about it all and achieved your walking goal! Good job! I can’t wait till I can start exercising again. I probably won’t be able to do as much exercise as you ever but your passion for it just never stops amazing me and keeps me pumped to do my best as well! Thanks so much Nancy!
