3 lbs down - THANKS 3000 CALORIES LADY

I so apologize for my bit*hfest yesterday.  I was one nasty person yesterday.’

I left work and we did a double play at the movies.  Caught part of Informant and saw Surrogote with Bruce Willis.  OK movies.  Nothing to write to China about but ok.

This morning I got on that scale and thanks to almost 3 weeks of eating 3000 calories on my very highly charged 2 to 3 hour cardio days, I’ve los 3 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today is another 3000 calories day.  Got my eggs, beans, fruits, veggies, tea and goji berries on hand and ready to do this.

I’m still in a nasty funk.  TOM is raging and I don’t want to play with him really! :(

Today it’s kickboxing and hip hop again.  I can’t wait to get off work and do what I really want; then go home to my honey.

Oh JOY - I’m 5′2″ - shawwwwtyyyy!! :)

    woohoo 3lbs down… that’s brilliant Nancy. Congrats!!! I’m thinking about starting a toning class that runs in the morning in my gym. i know the guy who takes the class because I used to teach him taekwon-do, and he is a seriously tough, hardcore trainer (what can I say… I taught him well!!!) so going to try one of his classes to mix things up a wee bit.

    You are an awe inspiring role model!

    I’m trying to figure out what myh actual goal should be — I’m 5′5. Some says 118-138 lbs, other more of 125-150… big difference!! Ah!!!
