If the exercise genie can grant you 3 wishes………..What would they be?
You know how BAD the economy is right now. A lot of people don’t have jobs and like me, we have one income. BTW, the OC register and temp agency pulled the job from underneath Rodney. They said due to his background they can’t do it. I won’t play the race card nor will I go into the what if’s. All I will say is, he WILL GET A JOB.
Well, the gym is great and running outside is great. But I wish there were some stuff I can keep at my house.
If I have three wishes to be granted they would be:
1. A PUNCHING BAG!! Ahhhhhhhhh, the thought of just getting up and punching out my frustration and anger whenever I want. I would totally get ripped. LOL Maybe that’s why we don’t have one. Rod didn’t want me to flex my legs because he saw muscles. 
2. Holly and Briahnna - I do want a BodyBugg!!!!! Ahhhh, I just don’t have $300 for one. Well, I can but I have priorities to take care of.
3. A lifetime closet full of workout clothes and gear from yoga, mats, sweats, all the tank tops I want, black pants in all brands and styles, shoes………………………….. cross trainers, running, walking, hiking………… ahhhhhhh!
FOR MJ FANS:
MY BROTHERS FREAKIN’ GIRLFRIEND GOT A PAIR OF MF TICKET TO THE MJ’S VENUE!!!!! MMMMMMMMMM SHE KNEW WE WANTED TO GO SO BAD AS WE ALL TALKED ABOUT DOING THIS AND ALL SIGNED UP FROM MY HOUSE!
She not only got it but didn’t even bother to go pick up the tickets.. after they watched the program on tv and my brother learned there were celebrities there and that the program sold on ebay for as much as $500, they wish they went!
SO LAST NIGHT I ASKED HER, YOU GOT THE TICKETS? I thought my mom was joking. she said yes! She said she wrote back to the people to give it to TRUE FANS!!! I looked at her and said why didn’t you give it to me? She said I can’t use it!! I said yes - even one!! I WANT RODNEY TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least one of us can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She just shrugged her shoulder. Well, I didn’t know. I SAID - YOU DIDN’T EVEN GIVE US A CHANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THEY FOUND ON SUNDAY AND WENT TO THE CASINO THAT NIGHT AND MONDAY!!!!!!!!!

Tonight I am back to another kickboxing class and a short run. I am on a kickboxing high at the moment because tomorrow it’s another one. Still can’t do weights so cardio is all I can do till next week.

My wishes:
1. Knowledge: ok dumb answer? I could have an entire gym full of things and have no idea what to do with them! I don’t know how to use the machines, I want to know how to do things with good form, and make sure I don’t phone it in, ect.
2. Either a Bosu ball like you always talk about, or a ton of free weights if not an actual gym. I only have 5 pounds and I think the heaviest I can get at walmart is 15? hmmm…they are expensive too!
3. Any pilates machine…yeah I read that Pilates comes with machines! wow! They have machines and then the mat based workouts. But I guess people stick with the mat workouts because the machines are expensive…or if no machine just a pilates instructor or class would do as well.

The BOSU is that expensive, like $80 or so? I say get it if you can one day.
Yes, those Pilates Reformer machines are expensive but man, have you seen people who uses them? They are toned up!:)

yes, that is why I want the Pilates Reformer machine! I saw something at walmart that said it was used for Pilates, it was under $20 (maybe even under 10) I know it was not the reformer, but would it be good to buy?
I actually googled the Bosu after you started talking about it. I found images of it, learned it was short for “both sides up” or something like that…and how great it was. yeah the price scared me away. But maybe someday if I knew what to do with it and had the $ I would get it!

Well for me, if I’m saying a full gm, it will automatically have at least 1 Bosu… if not 2 or more so I can have my tribe over to workout.. J hardwood floors, mirrored wall, ballet barre for stretching, machines, free weights, mats, room to have my own classes like cardiofit, pilates, yoga, step, kickboxing, punching bags, everything under the sun!!!

I was wondering (and don’t think I am crazy or anything! but I probably am…) do you dream of exercise?
LAst night…I dreamed of lunges! haha I was in a room that I had never been before. I found a mirror and I began practicing lunges in front of it! (not sure if I had weights or not)
But I was doing them really well, and I could feel my muscles fatiguing from it…think I should count my dream exercise in accountability? haha

You don’t need the body bugg. Mine seriously drives me insane. It did help me realize about how little my exericse burns in cals but nothing really amazing. You are better than a body bugg

Ok I loved your list and I want to copy and steal it as mine and since I have the BodyBugg I want a personal trainer to take the spot.
I don’t think you would need the Bugg you get so much in you are obviously burning enough calories there’s no way you aren’t with how many classes you do and how much you hit the gym and go for your runs. I bought it as a gift for myself with my income tax money and sometimes I think I could used it more wisely… your good without it. It’s like a drill sergeant anyways lol always in your head telling you to MOVE IT MOVE IT MOVE IT!

So many people said they would like a home gym, but isn’t part of the fun going someplace other then your house to work out? No distractions? And your around people who are all doing the same things? Like “Me” time, it just seems like it would be harder at home, anyone agree???
