Oh my! Can I tell you - HOW GOOD IT FEELS TO DO MY THING!!!!!!! WHOO HOOOOO!! I was so drenched in sweat felt like I took a shower! LOL Seriously I love dripping sweat from kicking my own boootay!!
I at so much lean protein, veggies and fruits today - good for you but so low in cals that I just did not eat enough for 3 classes. I knew this going in. Hence I bought my energy bar - ate 1/2 before and 1/2 after Step.
Did Nygel Bring it? OH HE** to the YAH! She brung it and some! Step was the bomb! Kickboxing was the shi*!!! I knew after two hours that I could not do the 3rd class. So I bow out but knew I put it on for the two.
There is always tomorrow right?
So tomorrow if I can, I want to get a sweet 2 miles in before going to work and the sun rise. Then it’s all about weights, well interval training and Pilates in the afternoon. OH and of course push-ups.
I am feeling the burn and LOVING IT!!

Funny, this is the first day I barely hit my calorie count but I sure ate a ton of food. I like getting a lot of fruit and veggies in early, it gives me room to eat what I want later on in the evening.
