5Mile Saturday RUN; WE ARE WAITIN’ For the right moment;Food free day!
The coffee kept me up most of the night!!!! LOL That’s what I get for weening off coffee. Anyhow, the only reason why I drank some with SPLENDA - something I have not have in a long time is because we saw Terminator at 10pm and I tend to fall asleep during movies. Thus, I had to drink coffee. Yep Almost 3 weeks without it made a 24ozer taste yummy and wired me UP! 
Got up and had a nice lazy morning with my honey, if you know what I mean. He took off for work and I chilled. I saw the series finale of The L Word on demand. Sad the show is over. Great series.
I ate a huge breakfast of rolled oats and raisin. Then took off for the gym. I got a nice 5 mile run in!! YAH OH YAH!!!! Then I spent an hour doing more of a relaxation and stretch yoga on account of the 10 mile walk yesterday and the 7 miles run and walk today. Boy did I need it.
I’m still protecting my shoulders. IT feels 98% better. The other 2% will keep me from doing any upper body weight routine today. Tomorrow I think, think I can do it. I am itching to get back to my push-ups but will wait on those as well. I just want to do weights and yoga.
Today I am not counting calories or worry about what I’m eating. It’s my free day.
Regarding whether or not we are getting engaged, we both decided that our engagement is too special. He wants to make it PERFECT for me - everything I’ve dreamt of. It’s not like we are going anywhere. Thus, I will let him handle it. Where there’s a will there’s a way. He said, look, let me make it special for you. I will wait for the ring to do it. We both love each other to death but the ring, it means alot to me. More because I want it to erase my past and represent the present and futre.
I LOVE the L Word too ! And I think waiting to be offially engaged in order to make it the way you want it sounds great ! Ur committment is strong so why rush it ? Sounds GREAT sister

Ok I am going to give my 2 cents…
I really believe if you love someone and it’s right then you should just go for it. I know it’s kind of sudden but something my aunt told me made me realize this. My aunt and uncle got married when my aunt was 18 back forever ago, they had 5 kids and farmed the land they lived on. My uncle got sick and had colon cancer and within a few years passed away. My aunt told me that if she could go back she would have married my uncle even sooner if she could because there is not many times in your life that someone *really* loves you and you should charish that time with them being husband and wife and being together.
I’m crazy, I got married when I was 22 and still in school so I know it’s not right for everyone BUT I just wanted to share that with you. I always thought I would get married after school, when I was older but seeing my aunt and uncle go through that and listening to her made me change my mind and so we got married.
You know I love ya and we all love you guys!!! Do what is right for you but I want to hear about you and Rod’s 25th wedding anniversary and the others to come

He did tell me, don’t worry, it’ll happen just trust me. I guess I’m worried about the whole INS issue and you know, don’t know where things will be should he NOT get a green card.

*waves* hi! Just wanted to stop by and read about your exciting life! I LOVE IT! An engagement should be special. I wish I had a special one. My engagement took place sitting in Burger King talking about it with the hubby, then going to Zales and buy a cute ring and slipping it on in the car.
But no matter how you do it, you will be marrying your soul mate. just last year I got the ring that I wanted. A bridal set with a heart and tons of diamonds

alright it sounds like your on the right track have a routine workout and on your way i can you the insperation.
as for your honey wanting to make your engagment special i sympathiz whole heartedly. i would have liked to have the chance to my my engagement to my wife a little less rushed. but three year and we are still togeather.
