*Sharing w- you my private pictures: Where I came from over a couple of yrs*
Remember how I told you guys I lost 70 lbs then gained 30 back? Well, I think I gained more then that but I wasn’t honest with myself. Today I give to you the girl that was months before I met Rodney and when I was on the way to gaining all my weight back. I was able to stop myself. You can too. 
Tomorrow I am back at the gym! WHOOO HOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got my kickboxing and Pilates to do and I want to get a 2 mile run in - in the morning.
This last one is me at over 220+ before I knew the difference between losing weight the right way versus the wrong way. ACTUALLY DIDN’T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT. All I did was eat eat and eat. Exercise? Don’t know the meaning of it.
AND MY ARMS NOW!! WHOOO HOOO! THANK YOU PUSH-UPS, PILATES AND YOGA!!

For one you make me miss Vegas seeing it in the back ground and for two You still looked amazing in those first few pics of you gaining back the 30. You are proof we can do this and that most all of us have started and stopped and lost and gained we’re all in the same boat here and if one can do it we all can do it!
p.s. I really love that brown and cream colored shirt in the second to last pic of you sitting in front of Caesars Palace. I wish my boobs were that perky lol!!

I know that most people will look at your body weight and say you have come a long way (indeed you have) but what I noticed more than anything is your new pics verses the old is the LIGHT in your face…you look sooo much happier and excited about life…its almost like your spirit has been released…to me, that inner part of yourself that is now glowing is more important than any reduction in body weight…but I am so glad that with the love of man and the new found love of yourself…you can keep the weight off for good and start living your life the way you always knew you could! Congratulations on all your progress hun.
