EXCITED! 6am 4mile jog/walk while morning dew lingers; kickboxing & Pilates
NITE TIME EATING MONSTER:
I’m so excited the night time eating forum is popping. If you guys are fighting night time eating issues, come join us!!! The ladies are the best. It’s a great place to be when you are contemplating eating that extra cookie or two after you finished all your meals. We plan on starting a new forum every week. I am a bit peeved. I don’t know how but I did it. I erased all the songs off my IPOD and the charger is at work. At first I was going to let it stop me from running at the gym this early morning. But I didn’t. Instead I got my butt up came to my work place at 6am and went for a 4 mile jog/walk this morning. The business complex I work in is right next to JOHN WAYNE airport. It was the perfect morning for a small workout. What’s better then getting up early eating some plums, then walk/jog 4 miles? The air is so fresh and clean. I did the bridge/overpass 4 times! I didn’t time myself but I know it’s less then an hour. My goal was just to get it in. I am a bit sweaty but did clean up nicely for work.
Tonight I’m either going to do a 2 mile run before Pilates or kickboxing and Pilates. I’m gearing towards Kickboxing and Pilates. So I have to eat a ton of food. Probably about 1200 calories by 5pm. Most of it I want from breakfast and lunch.
So far had toast, plum and working on two servings of oatmeal. Then it’s apples and more apples. Hey, I forgot to go food shopping last night.

That’s a really great title! My problem is I want to eat cereal at night when I get home! My blood sugar must be low so I need to eat more throughout the day….I’m so glad you got the running bug! Isn’t it great??
