Cloudyhead syndrome & 3 hour back to back prep day - Need support
Thank you guys as always for the love. At the moment I suffer from cloudy head syndrome. It’s that stuffy feeling you get when you have a million and one things going on. I needed a break from everything so I called into work for a day off. I have so much personal, sick and vacation time it’s not a big deal.
Here’s my problem - I feel less like myself then say in the last 9 months. Unsure about a lot of things. Money woes and what not. But as you all have taught me by example take it one day at a time.
I should be eating like a mad woman for my Step, Kickboxing and yoga combo but I barely ate some pasta and kiwi and it’s almost 12pm.
What I need - a kick in the behind from you so I can get going on the eating and make it to 1500 cal by 3 pm.
I need motivation today and I need you. Butt turned in foot direction.

Okay…ready? Here is your butt kick…you need to get your food in you so you have the energy to go to your classes. AND you NEED those classes right now, if for nothing else than to help clear out the cobwebs. Honey, I know you got alot on your mind, but you need to put Nancy first. You are such a strong person, physically, mentally, and spiritually that I know you are going to make it through all of this. Now…go get you some food!

We all feel bogged down sometimes…but this too shall pass. I know it doesn’t feel like it but it does. I ain’t gonna kick ur butt, can’t get my foot that high. lol

*Kick* *Kick* *Kick* One kick for each class you are going to take. Eat your GOOD food, none of that Denny’s stuff, and go workout. You gain so much energy when you do. Do it for you, and like Anj said, clear out the cobwebs! You know where to find me when you need me! (((((((Nancy)))))) Love you!!
Aww Nancy! I also called into work today due to being exhausted. I think you will feel better if you eat your food and get to your work out classes. I know how much you love the exercise! So PLEASE get it going and get to eating so you can do what you love and feel better!
Get that bouncin booty in gear! You know the best way to make yourself feel better is to go get in your exercise! When you’re kick boxing, imagine that you’re attacking your problems! And when you come out of yoga you’ll have a clear head and a sense of calm and acomplishment. You can do it!!!!

You do realize that people will be lining up to give you the boot after all the ass booting you do!

I know how stressful things can be…especially when it comes to money these days. Hang in there, get eating good foods, get your butt to class and sweat the stress right out of your body. Remember, that Satan would love nothing more than for you to be stressing…don’t let him get a foothold on you hon. Hang in there! Much love to you!!!
Ok, you’ve been officially kicked enough, so I will just say, get out there and take everyone’s advice, including your own. If one of us was feeling this way today, what would you say to encourage us? Well, take that, and turn it around and tell yourself that. It’s amazing what tricks your mind can play on you!! Use your brain to your advantage. I’m here if you need someone to vent to!!

I agree with Betsy, lots of loving kicks have been sent your way already. Look, I made a promise not to skip meals. One of the first things I do when rough waters hit. So far I have managed to do it. Nibble if you have too ok.

nancy, i hope all this loving kicks…push you to eat…girl you are our biggest motivator…no matter what you going thru…go kick some booty at your gym….remember afterwards how good you going to feel don’t let that little devil keep you from getting to where you want to be….grab him by his tail and send him back where he belongs…he is trying to sabotage you since you decided to seek christ……

I’ll kick ya but I cant put much effort into it today as I am dragging myself. Maybe your body just needs a rest. Probably not what you needed to hear but I have a hard time beating folks up! LOL!
Ok Nancy, I know that we all seem to be having pretty down times. I think it’s the time of the year and all the changes we are having to deal with in our economy right now. So stand up and get back to work! Insert kick here…lol. Just keep your head up hun. I know you can get back into the swing of things!
