Date night with 007! Ankle 100% healed; Day12

Is it possible to feel two emotions at once?  I’m happy and sad at the same time??????????

PMS, I don’t like it.  Thank you for the laughter and love yesterday ladies.  You all kept me on my toes.  Between jokes, my mishap with giving a peep show and strip teasing for my  co-workers husband and crying in between, I’m better today.

My ankled is healed!  4 days of rest killed the inflammation.  But I’m not taking any chances.  I’m doing more Pilates and modified yoga again today.  Then tomorrow some upper body conditioning and the elliptical.  I will only go back to kickboxing on Sunday - that gives it 6 days of resting period.

Debbie, you are right with the joke though…Yesterday I warned Rod that he’s going to be for a nice bumpy ride for the next few days.  The man has been understanding, affectionate, caring, well laughs at me along the way, but for the most part he’s dealing with this period rather well.

It’s payday and date night.  We’ve been under a lot of stress.  So a night out with my honey is needed.  Most likely going to Cheesecake Factory.  I’m not sure what I’m going to do with food yet.  I always believe in eating in moderation…so  we shall see. :)

How many of you like the new Bond guy?  I don’t nor does my boyfriend.  But it’s traditional that we go see action movies when it first comes out.  I told him were seeing two movies tonight and I’m choosing the second one. :)

Day 12, very successful!  I drank some apple juice at midnight, but only a little.  It’s working.  I’m staying focused and dealing with night eating and grazing better than I thought.

I hope today goes well.  Thank you for pulling me through!  Much love to you! :)

Awww, I hope you all enjoy your date night :) We can’t afford that now but we don’t mind.. we just do whatever together. We even enjoy buying groceries together, what nerds we are LOL We are actually going to a free poetry reading tonight, so that should be fun. We’ll see if I can muster up the nerve to read anything ;)

Hubby and I don’t mind the new Bond, but then I have never seen much of the old (I know, I know, I’m horrible. Just for the record I’ve never seen Star Wars either which also gets people yelling at me, :))

Glad your ankle is feeling better! That’s one of the worst places to have pain in my opinion, it’s more annoying than painful!

    Have a good evening !

Hey girl, I am right with you on feeling sad and happy at the same time-pms is so crazy!
So happy that ankle is healed up..I also think its smart to take it easy for a bit longer.
So glad your man is a good one. Bless him…mine is too. I was wishing mine was here with me last night so he could baby me…but, in truth..he probably would have annoyed me lol. He pretty much takes pms in stride & knows I’m not myself on these days. Dont stop me from wanting to kill him at times though lol. Hugs to your man for being loving and understanding.
Good job on the no grazing at night. I alternate between hating this new rule and thanking god its in place lol. I’m not a bit tempermental am I? lol.
Have a great time girl!! Its nice to have a break. Enjoy!!
    Love, Debbie

I don’t know about you but I never used to suffer from PMS before—don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t mind the PMS so much if in exchange I would be spared the excruciating menstrual cramps!! I am in so much pain that I oftentimes throw up. The pain is so severe that I can’t get out of bed sometimes—-when I was growing up my mom would say, “what are you going to do when you grow up and have to go to work?” Well, my pain is so severe that I have called in sick! So PMS doesn’t sound so bad when I am dealing with the pain—-anyway, that was up until about a year or so ago—these days, I find that in feeding off each other on this site, a lot of us are in synch when it comes to PMS and TOM. These days I start to have PMS as early as two weeks before TOM’s arrival and I get it all—-the soreness on my girls, the abdominal pain, the nausea—but I think I finally have the emotional effects—-as I wrote in my blog, I am having a fat week even though I know that’s impossible ’cause I’m swimming in my pants!! LOL!!

And yes girlfriend—I go from happy, to depressed in less than a second!! It’s horrible!! Now I am GRATEFUL for all the years that TOM would just show up, without any bells and whistles!! Sure, he would make my life Hell, but boy PMS sucks!! LOL!!

Anyway, I am glad your sweetie is understanding, most men tend to be—-I think the boys go into survival mode—they know that their lives at are risk!! LOL!! Did you know that PMS was once used as a defense in a murder case? I kid you not!! LOL!! I wish I remember what the verdict was!!

Have fun at the movies tonight and have a delicious meal at the Cheesecake Factory—are you guys going to the Spectrum?
