Six lbs but many more to go
Yesterday was a great day. Before taking off for the gym I set a goal to attend my yoga, 24set and cardio classes; wasn’t sure if I can handle all three (hrs) back to back since it’s been about 6 months since I’ve done that. Well, I did it and I had so much fun in the process. I left the gym sweaty and happy. I went home and at late as I got there at 8:30, but I wasn’t so hungry. Normally I would eat everything my honey made for dinner and go to the store for more food. But I was ok with a bowl of rice and stir fry chicken. Got on the scale today and it has paid off - another lb down; that is 6 lbs since I signed on to buddyslim last week. I know I shouldn’t lose so much in such a short period - but I’ll take whatever comes my way and I am working hard at it. As long as it doesn’t creep up I’m good.
I normally eat a traditional breakfast but yesterday I decided to change it up a bit. I at sweet, cut frozen corn for breakfast and it kept me full for most of the morning. I’m trying it again today. Why not kill two bird with one stone? Get 1 veggie requirement and breakfast out of the way.

Good job on the loss. Keep up the good work with the exercise. I couldn’t imagine doing three hours of exercise!
