On a roll and don’t want to stop
I hope everyone has a great weekend. I find it’s easier to eat right and exercise during the week. But weekends are horrible - I tend to give into temptations. Who really wants to roll ut of bed at 8 in the morning to workout? It’s easier to stay warmed and snuggle up with your honey.
Had a great day yesterday. I ate well but still snuck in a lollipop (Rodney found the stick and interorgated me and I confessed to it). Rice is my weakness and although I tried to eat less I did overdo it a bit.
However, tried out a different cardio class and it was fun - but couldn’t find a yoga class to fit in my schedule.
Today will be an off cardio and weight day; yoga only. I’m so happy I’m back into my routine. I look forward to every workout; to be honest I am excited about every class and I can’t wait to get off work so I can get to the gym. It’s my greatest high and I’m glad it’s back in my life.
To those who are starting out - just remember the first couple of weeks you may not see any results; but keep at it, never give it and it will pay off.
